Our Own Visit Statistics
Besides Google Analytics, this site also keeps its own first-party visit statistics on our server. Unlike Google Analytics, this measurement does not use cookies or any client-side identifier, so no consent banner is required for it; it is disclosed in this policy, and you can ask us to delete your visit records at any time (see “Retention and Your Rights”). For each page view we record: IP address, the country or region derived from that IP (country level only), user agent (browser and operating system), the referring page, the page path and interface language, the time of the visit, and basic device information sent by your browser (screen size, time zone, connection type). Purpose: to measure overall traffic and usage (page popularity, language and country breakdown) so we can improve the site. These records are stored on our own server, are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising.
Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to communicate with you, prepare quotations and deliver goods (for example email and logistics providers), where required by law or a competent authority, or where necessary to protect the rights of ourselves or others. We may use third-party services to measure overall site traffic; such statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify a specific individual.
Retention and Your Rights
- Inquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and after-sales service.
- Visit statistics records (see “Our Own Visit Statistics”) are kept for the long term and are not removed automatically. You can ask us to delete visit records relating to you at any time through the contact page.
