❓ FAQ

The assembly ships with the F1810PM0 10 micron particulate canister, the 1200KTG9075 cast iron filter head, a 3/4 in street elbow and a 3/4 in x 7 in nipple. Nothing else is needed to mount it on the pump.

1200KTF7018 fits Fill-Rite FR112, FR112C, FR152, FR610G, FR700, FR701, FR702R and FR1210G transfer pumps, all of which use 3/4 in NPT ports. It is a pre-filter, so it goes between the tank valve and the pump.

10 micron is the rating Fill-Rite specifies for this pre-filter. It catches the dirt, rust and sediment that damage pump vanes and contaminate the receiving tank, while still passing 18 GPM so the transfer is not slowed.

Replace the canister every 6 months or every 10,000 gallons, whichever comes first. If the transfer slows noticeably before that, the element has loaded up and should be changed early rather than run until flow stops.

Yes. The assembly is rated for diesel and biodiesel blends to B20, petrol and gasohol to E15, and kerosene. The cellulose particulate element removes solids; it is not a water-blocking element, so a separate water trap is still the right answer for wet fuel.

MOQ varies by product: 5–100 units for standard parts (see product page). Tier pricing decreases with volume. Custom parts usually ≥ 50 units, evaluated by process.

Description

Product Overview

1200KTF7018 is a complete spin-on particulate fuel filter assembly for Fill-Rite transfer pumps: an F1810PM0 10 micron canister screwed onto a cast iron 1200KTG9075 head, with a 3/4 in street elbow and a 3/4 in x 7 in nipple in the box. The assembly flows 18 GPM at a maximum 50 PSI through 3/4 in NPT ports, uses a 1-12 UN element thread, and stands 11 in (279 mm) tall with a 3-7/8 in (98 mm) canister diameter. It protects the pump and the receiving tank from dirt, rust and sediment on diesel to B20, petrol to E15 and kerosene.

Key Features

10 micron particulate element — dirt, rust and sediment are stopped before they reach the pump vanes and the tank being filled.
Everything needed to install — canister, head, elbow and 7 in nipple ship together, so the pump is not left waiting on a fitting.
18 GPM through 3/4 in NPT — matched to the flow of FR112 and FR610G class pumps without throttling the transfer.
Cast iron head, 1-12 UN thread — the head holds torque through repeated canister changes, which is where a thin die-cast head strips.
Multi-fuel rated — diesel and biodiesel to B20, petrol and gasohol to E15, plus kerosene, so one filter covers a mixed fleet.
