The FJ-1R-0750-AD20 is a black-anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum refit adapter head for the 2001-2016 6.6L Duramax diesel. It mounts to the factory GM 12642623 fuel filter head and converts the filter interface to a 1″-14 UNS-2B spin-on thread, so the head accepts 1R-0750 pattern filters in place of the OEM ACDelco TP3018 element. The filter head and the filter element are not included.
