R25T Fuel Filter Water Separator 10 Micron for 245R Diesel Engine

Fuel enters at the outer surface of the element, passes the 10 micron media and leaves through a sealed centre tube, while water and debris fall into the bowl through gaps at the bottom. Clean fuel and settled contaminants do not share the same path, which reduces clogging.

R25T fits 245R series diesel engines, including the 2007 to 2009 Ram 6.7L Cummins applications that use this separator. Check that the housing takes a 1 inch-14 UNF centre thread and M14 x 1.5 ports before ordering.

R25T flows 45 gph (170 L/h) with a maximum operating pressure of 30 psi, and filters at 10 micron with 98% efficiency against water and solid contaminants.

The bowl has a self-venting drain port, so water and debris come out without removing the bowl. The clear nylon body lets you check the level and contamination before opening the drain.

Pre-fill the new filter with clean diesel fuel before mounting to avoid a dry start, lubricate the O-ring with a thin film of oil, then tighten the filter securely.
